To Our Customers and Community -
The well-being of our customers, employees, and the community we serve are of utmost importance to us. With that in mind, and in coordination with the other local banks in Salem, we feel it is prudent to temporarily close our lobbies effective Monday, March 23. Although there have been no confirmed cases of the COVID-19 virus in our immediate area, this is a precautionary measure to join in the fight to prevent the spread of the virus.
The Bank of Salem remains fully operational and ready to assist you with your banking needs. We are closely monitoring the situation and be assured we have plans in place to continue serving our customers.
We encourage the use of mobile, online, or telephone banking, which are available to our banking customers for free, 24 hours a day. Also, our ATMS remain fully functionable. If you are not currently using mobile or online banking and need assistance getting started, please reach out to our operations staff at 573-729-3137, and we will be happy to help you.
If you need to meet with a banker or access your safe deposit box, please call to make an appointment.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope this crisis is over soon. In the meantime, please pray for those who are sick, for those in the medical profession, and for our country.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
